Mr. Robert Smith is a 39-year-old male who was in his usual state of health until recently when he first experienced headaches. The location of the headache is in the front of the head. He has no prior history of headaches. The patient’s headache reaches maximum severity within seconds to minutes of onset.

The headaches are associated with neck pain. The headache does not start after orgasm. The headaches are triggered by coughing or sneezing. The patient suffers from high blood pressure. The patient’s headache is recurrent.
